My name is Carly and I, like you, am on my own journey to breathe, sleep and live well. I am passionate about finding the root cause, the source of what is limiting an individual from living their best life. I seek to help others through myofunctional therapy services, advocacy, and connecting them to other professionals in a multidisciplinary team approach.

With over 25 years experience in the field of dentistry working as a dental hygienist, I started my journey in airway health awareness after hearing a lecture at a systemic health conference that opened my eyes and explained why I was experiencing the problems I had. Soon after, I heard about orofacial myofunctional therapy and started learning more. I made the decision to pursue formal training in 2020. In early 2021, I completed the Breathe Institute’s course, Myo Mentor in Myofunctional Therapy. I never stop learning as the field is like a “rabbit hole” to go down and find endless trails to explore. I take additional classes regularly and attend weekly lectures from leaders in the field of airway health and wellness as the field is continually growing and advancing.

I am eager to bring awareness of the importance of airway health to my local area of southwest Ohio and beyond. I am passionate about helping individuals who are struggling to find answers and feel their best on their own health journey!
